Abstract

This HiPS has been built from two of the images released for the Rubin First Look reveal event, on June 23rd 2025: The Cosmic Treasure Chest - southern region of the Virgo Cluster - ( https://noirlab.edu/public/images/noirlab2521a/ ) and The Trifid and Lagoon Nebulae ( https://noirlab.edu/public/images/noirlab2521b/ ), covering a total of 29 square degrees. We used the Fullsize original TIFF images available on the NOIRLab pages.
