This is the first field (f090) of an unpolarized map with three components corresponding t f090, f150 and f220 bands which are broad bands with center frequency roughly at 95 GHz, 150 GHz and 220 GHz. It is filtered to emphasize point sources. f090 is the band that's most sensitive to active galactic nuclei, our most common type of point source. Galaxy clusters are also visible through the tSZ effect, showing up as small dark spots. For a slightly deeper map, we combine the DR4 based on Atacama Cosmology Telescope (ACT) data from 2013-2016 and the ACT DR6, based on data collected with the AdvancedACT camera over the period 2017-2022.
