Abstract

The first supplement (MDSPS1) to the Catalog of Metal-Deficient F-M Stars Classified Spectroscopically (MDSP) includes 289 stars selected from the literature sources published in 1997-1982. Introduction: Recorded information includes MDSPS1 number, star numbers in 2 catalogs with notes on duplicity, V magnitude, (B-V)0 color, Mv, B-V color excess and [Fe/H], notes on colors and metallicity, stellar group, spectral type with reference, coded catalog number, original equinox and format codes for the equatorial coordinates, RA and Dec (1950.0) in radians, RA and Dec (1900.0, 1875.0, 1855.0), HD, BD/CD, G, LTT, and up to 13 other catalog designations in a numeric code.
