The original catalog was published in 1959 in the Astrophysical Journal Supplement Series (number 41, pages 257- 280). The original card deck was in the 026 punch and this was converted to a 029 deck. Many of the quantities in this version of the catalog were not in the published catalog. The epochs of the precessed equatorial coordinates were determined empirically from the data as given on the computer cards.
