This map covers the sky north of a declination of -30deg, out to a distance of several kiloparsecs. This new map contains three major improvements over our previous work. First, the inclusion of Gaia parallaxes dramatically improves distance estimates to nearby stars. Second, we incorporate a spatial prior that correlates the dust density across nearby sightlines. This produces a smoother map, with more isotropic clouds and smaller distance uncertainties, particularly to clouds within the nearest kiloparsec. Third, we infer the dust density with a distance resolution that is four times finer than in our previous work, to accommodate the improvements in signal-to-noise enabled by the other improvements.</description><source format="doi">10.1051/0004-6361/201834695</source><referenceURL>https://alasky.cds.unistra.fr/Bayestar19</referenceURL><type>Survey</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsDerivedFrom</relationshipType><relatedResource>Dataverse https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/2EJ9TX</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights rightsURI="https://cds.unistra.fr/aladin-org/licences_aladin.html">This HiPS is distributed under ODbL license by Unistra/CNRS</rights><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/hips#hips-1.0"><interface role="std" xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://alasky.cds.unistra.fr/Bayestar19</accessURL><mirrorURL>https://alaskybis.cds.unistra.fr/Bayestar19</mirrorURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://mocivod">https://alasky.cds.unistra.fr/Bayestar19/Moc.fits</footprint></coverage></ri:Resource>
