The observations of 373 fields with the DRAO Synthesis Telescope are presented in sixty-eight 5 deg x 5 deg mosaics, covering Galactic longitudes from L = 63 to 175 degrees and latitudes from B = -3.5 to +5.5 degrees and a latitude extension to B = +17.5 degrees between L = 100 to 116.5 degrees, with a resolution as small as 1 arcminute. For each mosaic (1024 x 1024 pixels), atomic hydrogen observations are presented as a data "cube" with 272 spectral channels having a velocity resolution of 1.3 km/s. Stokes I continuum images at 1420 MHz and 408 MHz are produced, as well as selected Stokes Q, U and V images at 1420 MHz. Complementary images in the four IRAS infrared bands and data cubes of CO (J=1-0) emission have also been created as part of the Survey.Original acknowledgement for data: This HiPS has used data from the Canadian Galactic Plane Survey, a Canadian project with international partners, supported by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council</description><source format="bibcode">2003AJ....125.3145T</source><referenceURL>https://alasky.cds.unistra.fr/CGPS</referenceURL><type>Survey</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsDerivedFrom</relationshipType><relatedResource>CGPS/RCPG</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights rightsURI="https://cds.unistra.fr/aladin-org/licences_aladin.html">This HiPS is distributed under ODbL license by Unistra/CNRS</rights><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/hips#hips-1.0"><interface role="std" xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://alasky.cds.unistra.fr/CGPS</accessURL><mirrorURL>https://alaskybis.cds.unistra.fr/CGPS</mirrorURL></interface></capability><coverage><temporal>49808 51635</temporal><spectral>2.703750996527738e-25 9.409975637844286e-25</spectral><footprint ivo-id="ivo://mocivod">https://alasky.cds.unistra.fr/CGPS/Moc.fits</footprint><waveband>Radio</waveband></coverage></ri:Resource>
