The characteristics of PNe obtained by modeling their spectra have been used to compile a new catalog of parameters for Galactic and extragalactic PNe, which is accessible at http://www.astro.spbu.ru/staff/afk/GalChemEvol.html. The errors in the parameters of PNe and their elemental abundances related to inaccuracies in the observational data have been analyzed. The He abundance is determined with an accuracy of 0.06dex, while the errors in the C, N, and O abundances are 0.1-0.2dex. Taking into account the inaccuracies in the corrections for the ionization stages of the elements whose lines are absent in the PNe spectra increases the errors in the He abundance to 0.1dex and in the C, N, and O abundances to 0.2-0.3dex. The elemental abundances in PNe of various Galactic subsystems and the Magellanic Clouds have been analyzed. This analysis suggests that the Galactic bulge objects are similar to type II PNe in Peimbert's classification, whose progenitor stars belong to the thin-disk population with ages of at least 4-6Gyr. A similarity between the elemental abundances in PNe of the Magellanic Clouds and the Galactic halo has been established.</description><source format="bibcode">2009PAZh...35..574M</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/PAZh/35/574</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/V/84">V/84 : Strasbourg-ESO Catalogue of Galactic Planetary Nebulae (Acker+, 1992</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/V/127">V/127 : MASH Catalogues of Planetary Nebulae (Parker+ 2006-2008)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/PAZh/35/574</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/PAZh/35/574</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/PAZh/35/574</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/PAZh/35/574</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/PAZh/35/574</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/PAZh/35/574</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/PAZh/35/574/all_PNe (He, C, N, and O abundances of all planetary nebulae (Galactic and in Magellanic Clouds))</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/PAZh/35/574/all_PNe?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/PAZh/35/574/all_PNe?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/PAZh/35/574/all_PNe?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>90.5835208</ra><dec>9.6539139</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/1111 1200 1223 1552 2887 3819 5996 6292 9233 9461 10378 11605 12222 12405 12812 12857 12907 12992 13676 13968 13995 14005 14214 14279 14282 14592 14796 14827 14853 15172 15384 16871 20327 20829 21315 21523 21526 21600 21609 22047 22137 22166 22226 22280 22660 23389 23658 23688 23734 23949 24036 24368 28772 28906 29086 29092 29094 29130 29182 29213 29254 29266 29427 29718 30308 30472 30511 30684 30686 31670 31775 32193 33048 33061 33063 33074 33078 33079 33085 33097 33112 33123 33128 33129 33286 33294 33299 33313 33316 33324 37110 37959 38512 39860 39935 39956 40279 40621 41574 41576 41617 41792 42312 42446 42632 42753 42792 43296 43360 48951</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/PAZh/35/574?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/PAZh/35/574/all_PNe</name><description>He, C, N, and O abundances of all planetary nebulae (Galactic and in Magellanic Clouds)</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
