The Williams technique was effective in finding young clusters, but not intermediate-age or old clusters. Our searches have shown that M31 has large numbers of these intermediate and older open clusters, most of them undetected by both the Williams survey and other ground-based searches. We present a catalog of 343 clusters detected on the WFPC2 images. Extrapolation from our data indicates that the entire disk of M31 contains approximately 80000 star clusters. We have carried out integrated multicolor photometry of these clusters to ascertain their properties and to compare their properties with cluster systems of other galaxies. We show the cluster luminosity function, the color-magnitude diagram, the formation function, and the size distribution. Cluster densities and colors show trends with disk position. An age distribution is derived and, although the ages are very uncertain for the fainter clusters, there is evidence for cluster dynamical destruction at about the same rate as in our Galaxy.</description><source format="bibcode">2007PASP..119....7K</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/PASP/119/7</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AcA/48/455">J/AcA/48/455 : Globular Clusters in M31 and M33 (Mochejska+, 1998)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/119/727">J/AJ/119/727 : M31 globular clusters photometry (Barmby+, 2000)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/123/2490">J/AJ/123/2490 : RV and [Fe/H] of M31 globular cluster system (Perrett+, 2002)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/122/2458">J/AJ/122/2458 : M31 globular clusters from HST (Barmby+, 2001)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/559/851">J/ApJ/559/851 : Young star cluster candidates in M31 (Williams+, 2001)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/449/143">J/A+A/449/143 : Photometry of M31 globular cluster candidates (Ma+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/456/985">J/A+A/456/985 : Radial velocities of 76 M31 candidate clusters (Galleti+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/PASP/120/1">J/PASP/120/1 : HST WFPC2 star clusters in M31.
