Of these SNe, 15 SNe Ia and eight SNe II are new discoveries reported here for the first time. We use our SN samples to measure SN rates per unit mass as a function of galaxy stellar mass, star-formation rate (SFR), and specific SFR (sSFR), as derived by the MPA-JHU Galspec pipeline. We show that correlations between SN Ia and SN II rates per unit mass and galaxy stellar mass, SFR, and sSFR can be explained by a combination of the respective SN delay-time distributions (the distributions of times that elapse between the formation of a stellar population and all ensuing SNe), the ages of the surveyed galaxies, the redshifts at which they are observed, and their star formation histories.</description><source format="bibcode">2015MNRAS.450..905G</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/MNRAS/450/905</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/417/916">J/MNRAS/417/916 : Supernovae in the Subaru Deep Field (Graur+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/430/1746">J/MNRAS/430/1746 : 90 new SNIa from SDSS DR7 (Graur+, 2013)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/450/905</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/450/905</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/450/905</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/450/905</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/450/905</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/450/905</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/MNRAS/450/905/table1 (SNe discovered in SDSS DR9 galaxies)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/450/905/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/450/905/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/450/905/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>234.7342083</ra><dec>47.7628889</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/1679 4140 4183 4230 4257 4320 4329 4460 4848 4850 4945 5027 5294 5304 5350 5465 5607 5971 6031 6096 6217 6219 6254 6513 6558 6628 6632 7235 7291 8380 8458 8482 8551 8624 8679 8732 8761-8762 8770 8855 9117 9175 9255 9371 9418 9434 9455 9737 9741 9811 9858 9955 10098 10112 10278 10317 10481 10518 10614 10907 11041 11144 11155 11433 11854 17315 18010 18025 19406 19986 25959 26000 26049 26095 26218 26396 26428 26533 26540 26564 26566 26592 26951 27225 27246 27295 27299 27410 27594 27598 27647 27671 27688 27739 27967 27980 28023 28072 28167 28183 28331 28383 28569 28634 31386 32481</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/MNRAS/450/905?format=ascii</footprint></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/MNRAS/450/905/table1</name><description>SNe discovered in SDSS DR9 galaxies</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
