We find [Fe/H]=-1.97+/-0.13 dex for NGC 5466, and [Fe/H]=-2.06+/-0.13 dex for NGC 5024, and the typical abundance pattern for globular clusters for the remaining elements, e.g. both show evidence for mixing in their light element abundance ratios (C, N), and asymptotic giant branch contributions in their heavy element abundances (Y, Ba, and Eu). These clusters were selected to examine chemical trends that may correlate them with the Sgr dwarf galaxy remnant, but at these low metallicities no obvious differences from the Galactic abundance pattern are found. Regardless, we compare our results from the optical and infrared analyses to find that oxygen and silicon abundances determined from the infrared spectral lines are in better agreement with the other {alpha}-element ratios and with smaller random errors.</description><source format="bibcode">2015MNRAS.448...42L</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/MNRAS/448/42</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/278">I/278 : Catalog of stars in M3 (von Zeipel, 1908)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/320/757">J/A+A/320/757 : M3 stars CCD photometry (Ferraro+ 1997)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/PAZh/23/454">J/PAZh/23/454 : Identification and coordinates in M 53 (Evstigneeva+, 1997)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/122/3219">J/AJ/122/3219 : M3 and M13 CCD BV photometry (Rey+, 2001)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/129/303">J/AJ/129/303 : Abundances of stars in M3 and M13 (Cohen+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/638/1018">J/ApJ/638/1018 : Equivalent widths for giant stars in M13 and M71</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/663/277">J/ApJ/663/277 : BVI of NGC 5466 red giants and blue stragglers</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/137/4282">J/AJ/137/4282 : Red giant stars in clusters.
