All these objects have previously published (C-T1) photometry. We also present new (C-T1) photometry for 338 globulars, within 1.7-arcmin in galactocentric radius, which have (g-z) colours in the photometric system adopted by the Virgo Cluster Survey of the Advanced Camera for Surveys of the Hubble Space Telescope (HST). These photometric data are used to define a self-consistent multicolour grid (avoiding polynomial fits) and preliminarily calibrated in terms of two chemical abundance scales. The resulting multicolour colour-chemical abundance relations are used to test GC chemical abundance distributions. This is accomplished by modelling the 10 GC colour histograms that can be defined in terms of the Cgriz' bands. Our results suggest that the best fit to the GC observed colour histograms is consistent with a genuinely bimodal chemical abundance distribution N_GC_(Z). On the other side, each ('blue' and 'red') GC subpopulation follows a distinct colour-colour relation.</description><source format="bibcode">2013MNRAS.431.1405F</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/MNRAS/431/1405</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/73/671">J/ApJS/73/671 : M87 globular clusters BVI photometry (Couture+, 1990)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/106/493">J/AJ/106/493 : Globular clusters in M87 (Lee+, 1993)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/115/1801">J/AJ/115/1801 : VRI photometry of M87 globular clusters (Harris+ 1998)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/513/733">J/ApJ/513/733 : Globular cluster system in M87 (Kundu+, 1999)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/559/812">J/ApJ/559/812 : Globular cluster system in M87 (Hanes+, 2001)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/382/1947">J/MNRAS/382/1947 : CT1 photometry in NGC 1399 and NGC 4486 (Forte+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/131/866">J/AJ/131/866 : Hot populations in M87 globular clusters (Sohn+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/559/812">J/ApJ/559/812 : Globular cluster system in M87 (Hanes+, 2001)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/613/279">J/ApJ/613/279 : ACS Virgo Cluster Survey.
