We present an updated catalog of UDGs in the Coma Cluster using g- and r-band images obtained with Hyper Suprime-Cam (HSC) of the Subaru telescope. We develop a method to find UDGs even in the presence of contaminating objects, such as halos and background galaxies. This study expands upon our previous works that covered about half the area of the Coma Cluster. The HSC observations covered the whole Coma Cluster up to the virial radius and beyond (an area twice as large as the previous studies) and doubled the numbers of UDGs (r_eff,r_&gt;=1.5kpc) and sub-UDGs (1.0&lt;=r_eff_, r&lt;1.5kpc) to 774 and 729, respectively. The new UDGs show internal properties consistent with those of previous studies (e.g., a Sersic index of approximately 1), and are distributed across the cluster, with a concentration around the cluster center. The whole cluster coverage clearly revealed an excess of their distribution toward the east to southwest direction along the cluster center, where Coma connects to other large-scale structure, and where a known substructure exists (the NGC 4839 subgroup). The alignment of the UDG distribution along the large-scale structure around Coma supports the interpretation that most of them lie at the distance of the Coma Cluster and the NGC 4839 subgroup.</description><source format="bibcode">2023ApJS..267...10B</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJS/267/10</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/V/139">V/139 : The SDSS Photometric Catalog, Release 9 (Adelman-McCarthy+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/459/679">J/A+A/459/679 : RB photometry of LSBG in Coma (Adami+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/463/503">J/A+A/463/503 : Early-type dwarf galaxies in Fornax cluster (Mieske+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/750/99">J/ApJ/750/99 : The Pan-STARRS1 photometric system (Tonry+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/445/2385">J/MNRAS/445/2385 : HST/ACS Coma Cluster Survey.
