The objects have a declination range of 0 degrees to -35 degrees and were chosen from the Hewitt &amp; Burbidge quasar catalog with a spectral index less than -0.5 and the NVSS survey with a minimum 1.4 GHz flux density greater than 300 mJy. The observations were made with the Very Large Array in its B configuration, and the images have a typical resolution of 2 arcseconds. One hundred ninety-five objects were resolved; 108 of the sources are quasars, and another 51 have been identified as galaxies.</description><source format="bibcode">1999ApJS..124..285R</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJS/124/285</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VII/158">VII/158 : Revised and Updated Catalog of Quasi-stellar Objects (Hewitt+ 1993)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/115/1693">J/AJ/115/1693 : NRAO VLA Sky Survey (NVSS) (Condon+, 1998)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/124/285</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/124/285</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/124/285</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/124/285</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/124/285</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/124/285</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/ApJS/124/285/table1 (Extragalactic objects parameters)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJS/124/285/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJS/124/285/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJS/124/285/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>0.0840833</ra><dec>-32.3502778</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/16444 16446 16451 16471 16500 16511 16546 16614 16630 16638 16676 16685 16688 16705 16722 16758 16782 16813 16816 16839 16864 16884 16885 16956 16967 16993 16998 16999 17011 17051 17052 17110 17125 17148 17154 17165 17176 17178 17185 17206 17211 17221 17230 17241 17245 17254 17265 17451 17457 17485 17486 17488 17544 17578 17588 17593 17639 17642 17657 17662 17686 17688 17697 17730 17737 17761 17763 17772 17798 17819 17825 17927 17966 17972 17993 17996 17999 18009 18065 18066 18072 18081 18089 18561 20535 20624 21117 21126 21134 21260 21749 22578 22695 22717 22754 22767 23045 23059 23067 23099 23110 23134 23169 23184 23210 24615 24861 24867 24902 25112 25472 25585 25810 26195 26220 27025 27238 27272 29570 29991 30010 30021 34535 34546 34603 34672 34730 35295 35314 35567 35630 35644 35700 35709 35713 35717 35721 35754 35764 35768 35792 35794 35798 35806 35812 35833 35836 35869 35889 35918 35927 35939 35942 35948 35960 36033 36046 36069 36082 36089 36094 36100 36112 36313 36391 36392 36408 36418 36431 36442 36474 36509 36550 36595 36603 36655 36747 36829 38836 40360 40730 40838 42814 43743 43916 43957 44028 44310 44523 44807 44859 44938 44979 45006 46588 46943 46948 46964 46965 47615 48210 48228 48483 48614 48736</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/ApJS/124/285?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Radio</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJS/124/285/table1</name><description>Extragalactic objects parameters</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
