We show that the debris production in this young (~10Myr) system increased significantly in early 2018 and reached a record high level (almost double by mid 2019) by the end of the Spitzer mission (early 2020), suggesting intense collisional activity in its terrestrial zone likely due to either initial assembling of terrestrial planets through giant impacts or dynamical shake-up from unseen planet-mass objects or recent planet migration. This intense activity is further highlighted by detecting a star-size dust clump, passing in front of the star, in the midst of its infrared brightening. We constrain the minimum size and mass of the clump using multiwavelength transit profiles and conclude that the dust clump is most likely created by a large impact involving objects of several hundred kilometers in size with an apparent period of 142 days (i.e., 0.62au, assuming a circular orbit). The system's evolutionary state (right after the dispersal of its gas-rich disk) makes it extremely valuable to learn about the process of terrestrial-planet formation and planetary architecture through future observations.</description><source format="bibcode">2022ApJ...927..135S</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/927/135</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/337">I/337 : Gaia DR1 (Gaia Collaboration, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/409/169">J/A+A/409/169 : UBVRI light curves of AA Tau in 1999 (Bouvier+, 2003)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/363/1111">J/MNRAS/363/1111 : Tycho-2 stars with IR excess (Clarke+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/620/1010">J/ApJ/620/1010 : Spitzer 24{mu}m photometry of A dwarfs (Rieke+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/653/675">J/ApJ/653/675 : Spitzer 24{mu}m photometry of A dwarfs (Su+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/698/1989">J/ApJ/698/1989 : Spitzer survey of NGC 2451 (Balog+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/788/48">J/ApJ/788/48 : X-ray through NIR photometry of NGC 2617 (Shappee+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/832/87">J/ApJ/832/87 : Members of the young open cluster IC 2395 (Balog+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/836/34">J/ApJ/836/34 : 24um excesses &amp; membership of NGC2244 (Meng+, 2017)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/609/A116">J/A+A/609/A116 : Low extinction TGAS HR Catalogue (Ruiz-Dern+, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/157/202">J/AJ/157/202 : IRAC fluxes of the ID8 and P1121 systems (Su+, 2019)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/496/3257">J/MNRAS/496/3257 : The ASAS-SN cat. of variable stars - VIII (Bredall+, 2020)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/898/21">J/ApJ/898/21 : Spitzer/IRAC obs. of HD113766 &amp; HD172555 systems (Su+, 2020)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/161/36">J/AJ/161/36 : Exoplanets in habitable zone with Kepler (Bryson+, 2021)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/923/90">J/ApJ/923/90 : LCOGT V-band monitoring of TYC 8830 410 1 (Melis+, 2021)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/918/71">J/ApJ/918/71 : Spitzer/IRAC phot. of V488 Persei debris disk (Rieke+, 2021)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/927/135</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/927/135</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/927/135</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/927/135</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/927/135</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/927/135</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><spectral>3.9193497546148093e-20 6.185923063528282e-20</spectral><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/927/135/tablea1</name><description>The IRAC fluxes of the HD 166191 system</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
