We combine the TESS photometry with archival High Accuracy Radial velocity Planet Searcher spectra to confirm the planetary nature of the transit signals and derive the masses of the two transiting planets. With an orbital period of 4.8d, a mass of 7.51_-1.01^+1.09^M{Earth}_ and a radius of 1.64+/-0.06R_{Earth}_, HD15337b joins the growing group of short-period super-Earths known to have a rocky terrestrial composition. The sub-Neptune HD15337c has an orbital period of 17.2d, a mass of 8.11_-1.69_^+1.82^M_{Earth}_, and a radius of 2.39+/-0.12R_{Earth}_, suggesting that the planet might be surrounded by a thick atmospheric envelope. The two planets have similar masses and lie on opposite sides of the radius gap, and are thus an excellent testbed for planet formation and evolution theories. Assuming that HD15337c hosts a hydrogen-dominated envelope, we employ a recently developed planet atmospheric evolution algorithm in a Bayesian framework to estimate the history of the high-energy (extreme ultraviolet and X-ray) emission of the host star. We find that at an age of 150Myr, the star possessed on average between 3.7 and 127 times the high-energy luminosity of the current Sun.</description><source format="bibcode">2019ApJ...876L..24G</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/876/L24</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/259">I/259 : The Tycho-2 Catalogue (Hog+ 2000)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/246">II/246 : 2MASS All-Sky Catalog of Point Sources (Cutri+ 2003)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/312">II/312 : GALEX-DR5 (GR5) sources from AIS and MIS (Bianchi+ 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/345">I/345 : Gaia DR2 (Gaia Collaboration, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/159/141">J/ApJS/159/141 : Spectroscopic properties of cool stars.
