The initial (^10^Be/^9^Be)_0_ ratios vary between ~10^-3^ and ~10^-2^ for CAI 411. The initial ratio of CAI 411 is one order of magnitude higher than the highest ratio found in CV3 CAIs, suggesting that the more likely origin of CAI 411 ^10^Be is early solar system irradiation. The low (^26^Al/^27^Al)_0_ [&lt;=8.9x10^-7^] with which CAI 411 formed indicates that it was exposed to gradual flares with a proton fluence of a few 10^19^protons/cm2, during the earliest phases of the solar system, possibly the infrared class 0. The irradiation conditions for other CAIs are less well constrained, with calculated fluences ranging between a few 10^19^ and 10^20^protons/cm2. The variable and extreme value of the initial ^10^Be/^9^Be ratios in carbonaceous chondrite CAIs is the reflection of the variable and extreme magnetic activity in young stars observed in the X-ray domain.</description><source format="bibcode">2013ApJ...763L..33G</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/763/L33</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/748/L25">J/ApJ/748/L25 : Li-Be-B measurements using SIMS (Wielandt+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/733/L31">J/ApJ/733/L31 : Distribution of ^26^Al in the solar system (Makide+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/728/70">J/ApJ/728/70 : The abundance of boron in diffuse clouds (Ritchey+, 2011)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/763/L33</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/763/L33</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/763/L33</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/763/L33</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/763/L33</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/763/L33</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/763/L33/table1</name><description>Elemental ratios and isotopic compositions of 21 Isheyevo (CH/CB) calcium-aluminum-rich inclusions (CAIs)</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
