For 189 of them, the identity as an RSG is verified by their brightness and color indexes in several near- and mid-infrared bands related to the Two Micron All Sky Survey (2MASS) JHKs bands and the Spitzer/IRAC and Spitzer/MIPS bands. From the visual time-series photometric observations by the ASAS and MACHO projects which cover nearly 8-10 years, the period and amplitude of light variation are analyzed carefully using both the phase dispersion minimization and Period04 (Lenz, 2004CoAst.144...41L) methods.</description><source format="bibcode">2011ApJ...727...53Y</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/727/53</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/246">II/246 : 2MASS All-Sky Catalog of Point Sources (Cutri+ 2003)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/236">II/236 : UBVR CCD survey of the Magellanic clouds (Massey+, 2002)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/264">II/264 : ASAS Variable Stars in Southern hemisphere (Pojmanski+, 2002-2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/247">II/247 : Variable Stars in the Large Magellanic Clouds (MACHO, 2001)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/530/A90">J/A+A/530/A90 : Post-AGB population of LMC (van Aarle+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/140/14">J/AJ/140/14 : Variability of luminous stars in LMC (Szczygiel+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/138/1003">J/AJ/138/1003 : IR photometry of massive LMC stars (Bonanos+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/137/4810">J/AJ/137/4810 : LMC-SAGE AGB star candidates (Srinivasan+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/707/89">J/ApJ/707/89 : Variation of mid-IR extinction (Gao+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/136/1242">J/AJ/136/1242 : LMC long-period variables from MACHO (Fraser+, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/135/836">J/AJ/135/836 : Calcium triplet index in LMC stars (Carrera+, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/136/1221">J/AJ/136/1221 : Most luminous LMC sources at 8{mu}m (Kastner+, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/660/1486">J/ApJ/660/1486 : Variability of LMC semiregular variables (Soszynski+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/425/595">J/A+A/425/595 : OGLE+2MASS+DENIS LPV in Magellanic Clouds (Groenewegen, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/126/2867">J/AJ/126/2867 : Red supergiants in Magellanic Clouds (Massey+, 2003)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/357/225">J/A+A/357/225 : Mass loss of M supergiants (Josselin+, 2000)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/289/729">J/MNRAS/289/729 : BVRIJHK photometry of red LMC supergiants (Oestreicher+ 1997)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/348/98">J/ApJ/348/98 : LMC AGB stars IRAS fluxes (Reid+ 1990)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/99/784">J/AJ/99/784 : IR photometry of LMC long-period variables (Hughes+ 1990)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/616/A175">J/A+A/616/A175 : Red supergiant stars in the LMC.
