Paper I described a set of models constructed to reproduce the observed radiance spectrum for solar surface features at ~2 arcsec resolution that constitute an average over small-scale features such as granulation. Paper II showed that a revision of previous models of low-chromospheric inter-network regions explains the observed infrared CO lines in addition to the UV and radio continuum from submillimeter to centimetric wavelengths. The present paper (1) shows that the CaII H and K line wing observations are also explained by the new quiet-Sun-composite model, (2) introduces new low-chromospheric models of magnetic features that follow the ideas in Paper II (Fontenla et al. 2007ApJ...667.1243F), (3) introduces new upper chromospheric structures for all quiet-Sun and active-region models, and (4) shows how the new set of models explains EUV/FUV observations of spectral radiance and irradiance. This paper also discusses the chromospheric radiative-loss estimates in each of the magnetic features. The new set of models provides a basis for the spectral irradiance synthesis at EUV/FUV wavelengths based on the features observed on the solar surface.</description><source format="bibcode">2009ApJ...707..482F</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/707/482</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/531/A173">J/A+A/531/A173 : Spectroscopy of CaII-H line at solar limb (Beck+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/493/1099">J/A+A/493/1099 : CaII HK emission in rapidly rotating stars (Schroeder+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/423/1109">J/A+A/423/1109 : Center-to-limb variation of quiet Sun (Allende+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/375/591">J/A+A/375/591 : SUMER Spectral Atlas of Solar Disk Features (Curdt+, 2001)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+AS/126/281">J/A+AS/126/281 : Solar disk spectrum (660-1175A) (Curdt+ 1997)</relatedResource><relatedResource>http://www.digidyna.com/ : Solar Radiation Physical Modeling page</relatedResource><relatedResource>http://lasp.colorado.edu/pspt_access/ : Precision Solar Photometric Telescope</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/707/482</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/707/482</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/707/482</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/707/482</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/707/482</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/707/482</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>UV</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/707/482/models</name><description>Atmospheric models for features B, D, F, H, P</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
