The inner planet, HAT-P-13b, transits the bright V=10.622 G4 dwarf star GSC 3416-00543 every P=2.916260+/-0.000010 days, with transit epoch T_c_=2454779.92979+/-0.00038 (BJD) and duration 0.1345+/-0.0017 days. The outer planet HAT-P-13c orbits the star every P_2_=428.5+/-3.0 days with a nominal transit center (assuming zero impact parameter) of T_2c_=2454870.4+/-1.8 (BJD) or time of periastron passage T_2,peri_=2454890.05+/-0.48 (BJD). Transits of the outer planet have not been observed, and may not be present. The host star has a mass of 1.22^+0.05^_-0.10_M_{sun}_, radius of 1.56+/-0.08R_{sun}_, effective temperature of 5653+/-90K, and is rather metal-rich with [Fe/H]=+0.41+/-0.08.</description><source format="bibcode">2009ApJ...707..446B</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/707/446</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/523/A84">J/A+A/523/A84 : Transit light curves of HAT-P-13b (Szabo+, 2010)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/707/446</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/707/446</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/707/446</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/707/446</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/707/446</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/707/446</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/707/446/table2</name><description>Photometry follow-up of HAT-P-13</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
