We carried out a spectral line survey with the IRAM 30m telescope toward the center of NGC 1068 and mainly focused on the 2mm band with a frequency coverage of 160.7-168.6GHz and 176.5-184.3GHz. Fifteen lines are detected in NGC 1068, eight of which are new detections for this galaxy. We derive the rotation temperatures and column densities of fourteen molecular species. Based on the [HCO^+^ (2-1)]/[HOC^+^ (2-1)] ratio, we obtain a high ionization degree in the CND of NGC 1068. It is found that HC_3_N is concentrated in the east knot, while ^13^CCH, CH_3_CN, SO, HOC^+^, CS, CH_3_CCH, and H_2_CO are concentrated in the west knot. Compared to the star-forming galaxies M 82 and NGC 253, the chemistry of NGC 1068 might be less strongly affected by the UV radiation field, and its kinetic temperature might be lower.</description><source format="bibcode">2020A&amp;A...634A.125Q</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/634/A125</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/602/A78">J/A+A/602/A78 : NGC1068 interferometric mid-IR measurements</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/613/A3">J/A+A/613/A3 : NGC 1068 deep millimeter spectroscopy observations (Qiu+ 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/625/A100">J/A+A/625/A100 : NGC 1068 SPHERE-VLT images (Rouan+, 2019)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/634/A125</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/634/A125</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/634/A125</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/634/A125</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/634/A125</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/634/A125</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/634/A125/list (List of fits spectra)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/634/A125/list?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/634/A125/list?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/634/A125/list?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>40.66958</ra><dec>-0.01333</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/17754</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/634/A125?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Millimeter</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/634/A125/list</name><description>List of fits spectra</description><column><name>sp</name><description>Show the spectrum</description><ucd>meta.ref.url</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
