They constitute an optically selected sample (mp&lt;16.0) observed with ~60% completeness. These observations provide us with the current (T&lt;10^7^yrs) star formation properties of galaxies that we study as a function of the clustercentric projected distances (Theta). The expected decrease of the star formation rate (SFR), as traced by the H{alpha} equivalent width, with decreasing Theta is found only when galaxies brighter than Mp~19.5 are considered. Fainter objects show no or reverse trends. We also include in our analysis Near Infrared data, providing information on the old (T&gt;10^9^yrs) stars. Put together, the young and the old stellar indicators give the ratio of currently formed stars over the stars formed in the past, or "birthrate" parameter b. For the considered galaxies we also determine the "global gas content" combining HI with CO observations. We define the "gas deficiency'' parameter as the logarithmic difference between the gas content of isolated galaxies of a given Hubble type and the measured gas content.</description><source format="bibcode">2002A&amp;A...396..449G</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/396/449</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VII/190">VII/190 : Zwicky Galaxy Catalog (Zwicky+ 1968)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/90/1681">J/AJ/90/1681 : The Virgo Cluster Catalog (VCC) (Binggeli+, 1985)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/396/449</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/396/449</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/396/449</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/396/449</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/396/449</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/396/449</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/396/449/table4 (Parameters of the analyzed galaxies.)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/396/449/table4?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/396/449/table4?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/396/449/table4?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>182.083333</ra><dec>13.683333</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>5/2594-2595 2602 2608 6928 6930-6932 6941 6965 6984 7009 6/10242 10282-10283 10288 10296 10368 10370 10384 10394-10395 10400-10402 10404 10414 10752 10754 26214 26222-26223 26234 26261 26265 26268 26271 26294 26297 26302-26303 26314 26317-26318 26323 26329-26331 26336 26338 26340 26343-26344 26346 26351 26354 26362-26365 26622 27653-27654 27668 27677 27716 27718-27719 27734 27736 27738-27739 27741-27743 27745 27748 27750 27757 27761 27763 27769-27770 27772-27774 27841 27857-27859 27865 27869 27871 27900-27901 27903-27905 27907 27909 27913-27914 27917-27918 27934 27941-27943 27945-27949 27955 27967 27989-27990 27998 28002 28021 28025-28026 28032-28033 28035 28044-28046 28054 28064 28070 28072 28075 28085 28087 28090 28098-28099 28108 28127 28149 28153-28154 28159 28246-28247 28249 28251 28253-28255 28263 28272 28278-28279 28284 28420 28422 28437 28439 28443 28446-28447 28451 28456 28459-28460 28467 28474 28478 28481 28485 28488 28497 28500 28503 28507 28523 28527 28530 28545 28557 28563 28572 28609-28610</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/396/449?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/396/449/table4</name><description>Parameters of the analyzed galaxies.</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
