The form and properties of the rotation curves are considered as a function of the isolation degree, morphological type and luminosity. The line ratios are used to estimate the metallicity of all the detected H II regions, thus producing a composite metallicity profile for different types of spirals. We have found that isolated galaxies tend to be of later types and lower luminosity than the interacting galaxies. The outer parts of the rotation curves of isolated galaxies tend to be flatter than in interacting galaxies, but they show similar relations between global parameters. The scatter of the Tully-Fisher relation defined by isolated galaxies is significantly lower than that of interacting galaxies. The [NII]/H{alpha} ratios, used as a metallicity indicator, show a clear trend between Z and morphological type, t, with earlier spirals showing higher ratios; this trend is tighter when instead of t the gradient of the inner rotation curve, G, is used; no trend is found with the change in interaction status. The Z-gradient of the disks depends on the type, being almost flat for early spirals, and increasing for later types. The [NII]/H{alpha} ratios measured for disk H II regions of interacting galaxies are higher than for normal/isolated objects, even if all the galaxy families present similar distributions of H{alpha} equivalent width.</description><source format="bibcode">2002A&amp;A...393..389M</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/393/389</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/268/419">J/A+A/268/419 : HII Regions in NGC 4258 (Courtes+ 1993)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/309/446">J/A+A/309/446 : HII Regions in M51 (Petit+, 1996)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/354/823">J/A+A/354/823 : HII region catalogue of NGC 3359 (Rozas+, 2000)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/112/29">J/ApJS/112/29 : HII regions in southern spiral galaxies (Feinstein 1997)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/116/2805">J/AJ/116/2805 : HII regions in spiral galaxies (Van Zee+, 1998)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/416/475">J/A+A/416/475 : Long slit spectroscopy of HII regions (Marquez+, 2004)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/393/389</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/393/389</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/393/389</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/393/389</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/393/389</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/393/389</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/393/389/table5 (Results from the line measurements for the different H II regions along the slits)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/393/389/table5?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/393/389/table5?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/393/389/table5?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>20.53975</ra><dec>0.946528</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/11 602 2363 3438 3910 3929 4178 4405 4733 4803 5006 5061 5241 5342 5594 5634 5799 5827 5903 5987 6102 6123 6448 6560 6623 6637 6948 7231 7683 7704 7822 7882 7986 7997 8004 8225 8458 8506 9121 9437 9639 9894 10328 10402 10511 10518 10627-10628 10739 10878 10955 10987 11191 11372 11379 11446 11480 11729 12619 13489 17905 18013 18201 18384 19272 19458 20000 20014 23113 25972 26338 26377 26617 27130 27246 27347 27704 27741 28023 28087 28299 28304 28381 28435 28508 30061 31345 31632 32426</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/393/389?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/393/389/table5</name><description>Results from the line measurements for the different H II regions along the slits</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
