A total of 155 associations were detected, and IRAS low-resolution spectra exist for 50 barium stars. We use different color-color diagrams from the visual band to 60{mu}m, relations between these colors and the spectral type, the barium intensity, and the IRAS low-resolution spectra to discuss physical properties of barium stars in the infrared. It is confirmed that most barium stars have infrared excesses in the near infrared. However, a new result of this work is that most barium stars have no excesses in the far infrared. This fact may imply that infrared excesses of barium stars are mainly due to the re-emission of energy lost from the Bond-Neff depression. It is also shown that the spectral type and the barium intensity of barium stars are not correlated with infrared colors, but may be correlated with V-K color.</description><source format="bibcode">2001A&amp;A...372..245C</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/372/245</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/V/81">V/81 : Taxonomy of Barium Stars (Lu 1991)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/III/197">III/197 : IRAS Low Resolution Spectra (IRAS team, 1987)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/254">I/254 : The HST Guide Star Catalog, Version 1.2 (Lasker+ 1996)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/372/245</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/372/245</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/372/245</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/372/245</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/372/245</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/372/245</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/372/245/table1 (IRAS associations of barium stars)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/372/245/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/372/245/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/372/245/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>14.1660577</ra><dec>59.180969</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/846 894 1017 1408 1410 1847 2364 2499 2555 3026 3547 4041 4574 5010 5109 5382 5569 7229 7795 8278 8626 9213 9216 9838 9874 10997 11097 11618 12082 12533 12544 12771 13052 13158 13244 13332 13534 13803 14064 14520 15432 15441 15477 16100 16989 17432 17487 17919 18204 18575 18634 19466-19467 20205 20547 21328 21445 21457 21682 22015 22058 22154 22177 22221 22260 22473 22655 23328 24570 24799 24828 24877 25105 25206 26029 27013 27106 27198 27752 28149 28521 28721 28773 28959 29171 29359 30025 30300 30580 30640 30659 32023 32477 32519 32533 32694 32783 33096 33208 34139 36759 36841 37348 37589 37663 37991 38014 38061 38117 38545 39072 39315 39342 39391 39427 39447 39449 39499 39766 39786 39991 40004 40143 40494 40795 41005 41208 41261 41270 41511 42023 42032 42101 42374 42915 43009 43141 43292 44488 44721 45027 45900 47071 47247 47337 47654 47657 47757 47996 48138 48274 48330 48516</spatial><spectral>1.6558465556080236e-21 3.852589004194616e-19</spectral><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/372/245?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/372/245/table1</name><description>IRAS associations of barium stars</description><column><name>u_Ba</name><description>Uncertainty flag on Ba</description><ucd>meta.code.error</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="1*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
