However, some of these images are degraded by trailed stars. Previously, these degraded images cannot be used for astrometry. In this paper, a new method is proposed to detect and compute the centers of these trailed stars automatically. The method is then performed on the astrometry of ISS images with trailed stars. Finally, we provided 658 astrometric positions of several satellites between 2004 and 2017 that are reduced from ISS images with trailed stars. The data include positions of Enceladus between 2013 and 2017, Dione between 2005 and 2017, Mimas between 2006 and 2013, Rhea in 2006 and Tethys in 2006. Compared with the JPL ephemeris SAT427, the mean residuals of the data are 0.11km and 0.26km in right ascension and declination, respectively. The standard deviations are 1.08km and 1.37km, respectively.</description><source format="bibcode">2023RAA....23c5009Z</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/other/RAA/23.C5009</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/551/A129">J/A+A/551/A129 : Mimas and Enceladus Cassini ISS astrometry (Tajeddine+ 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/572/A43">J/A+A/572/A43 : Saturnian satellites Cassini ISS astrometry (Cooper+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/575/A73">J/A+A/575/A73 : Astrometry of Saturnian satellites 2004-12 (Tajeddine+, 2015)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/other/RAA/23.C5009</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/other/RAA/23.C5009</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/other/RAA/23.C5009</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/other/RAA/23.C5009</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/other/RAA/23.C5009</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/other/RAA/23.C5009</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/other/RAA/23.C5009/table1 (Astrometric observation of Cassini's ISS Images with trailed stars of Enceladus, Dione, Tethys, Mimas and Rhea)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/other/RAA/23.C5009/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/other/RAA/23.C5009/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/other/RAA/23.C5009/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>83.6847434</ra><dec>-4.4699638</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>4/1429 5/5549-5550 5721 6/6584 17380 17611 17616 17807 17934 17953 18361 18586 18653 18655 18671 18674 18680 18710 18713-18716 18727 18736 18752 18839 18882 18998 19001 19003-19004 19017-19018 19083 19086 19106 19112 19753 19926 19965 21468 21495 21501-21502 22175 22185-22187 22190-22191 22204-22206 22240-22242 22734-22735 22739-22740 22744 22753 22755-22756 22805 22811-22812 22823 22832 22837-22839 22843-22844 22846 22851-22854 22857-22860 22862-22863 22880-22881 22891-22893 22896 22900 22902-22903 22908 22910 22942-22943 22975-22978 22985-22988 22996 23319 23324 23469 23552-23554 23556 23561 23563 23565 23569-23570 23584-23586 23593-23594 23639 23644-23646 23665 23808 23810 29046 29159 29830 29846 30035 30040 30054 30325 30397 49151</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/other/RAA/23.C5009?format=ascii</footprint></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/other/RAA/23.C5009/table1</name><description>Astrometric observation of Cassini's ISS Images with trailed stars of Enceladus, Dione, Tethys, Mimas and Rhea</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
