These observations, along with those obtained from 2011-2014 by Yunnan Observatory 2.4m telescope, were processed using the Gaia DR3 star catalogue. To improve positional measurements, the two-dimensional Gauss fit or the effective point spread function was applied. During the reduction, the geometric distortion of the calibration field was solved, the precision premium was reduced, and the differential color refraction was accounted for. A total of 368 CCD observations were obtained. The theoretical position of Phoebe was derived from IMCCE ephemeris ph12 and Saturn's position from JPL ephemeris DE441. The results show that the mean (O-C) is -0.002 and 0.016 arcsec in right ascension and in declination, respectively. The dispersion of our observations is 0.028 and 0.028 arcsec in right ascension and in declination, respectively.</description><source format="bibcode">2026P&amp;SS..27107240W</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/other/PSS/271.07240</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/359">I/359 : Gaia DR3 Part 5: Solar System (Gaia Collaboration, 2022)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/391/767">J/A+A/391/767 : CCD observations of Phoebe in 1998-1999 (Fienga+, 2002)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/366/208">J/MNRAS/366/208 : Precise positions of Phoebe (Peng+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/454/379">J/A+A/454/379 : 2003-2004 Phoebe CCD astrometry (Qiao+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/413/1079">J/MNRAS/413/1079 : 2005-2008 Phoebe CCD astrometry (Qiao+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/449/2638">J/MNRAS/449/2638 : 2011-2014 Phoebe CCD astrometry (Peng+, 2015)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/other/PSS/271.07240</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/other/PSS/271.07240</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/other/PSS/271.07240</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/other/PSS/271.07240</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/other/PSS/271.07240</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/other/PSS/271.07240</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/other/PSS/271.07240/table10</name><description>Positional measurement of Phoebe</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
