From the infrared colors, the IRAS low-resolution spectra (LRS) and the spectral types, some physical properties and environment of the samples are discussed. It can be concluded that not only free-free emission or free-bound emission from the circumstellar ionized gas can be responsible for the large IR excesses of Be stars as suggested previously, but also, for some Be stars, thermal radiation from the circumstellar dust and/or nebula around the star can produce large IR excess as well. It is also found that the far IR excess of Be stars increases.</description><source format="bibcode">2004NewA....9..509Z</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/other/NewA/9.509</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/III/67">III/67 : Catalogue of Be stars (Jaschek+, 1982)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/125">II/125 : IRAS catalogue of Point Sources, Version 2.0 (IPAC 1986)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/III/197">III/197 : IRAS Low Resolution Spectra (IRAS team, 1987)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/other/NewA/9.509</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/other/NewA/9.509</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/other/NewA/9.509</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/other/NewA/9.509</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/other/NewA/9.509</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/other/NewA/9.509</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/other/NewA/9.509/table1 (IRAS associations of Be stars)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/other/NewA/9.509/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/other/NewA/9.509/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/other/NewA/9.509/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>11.1824178</ra><dec>48.2850448</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/326 463 472 474 1429 1441 1725 1748 1769 1784 2017 2775 2833 2849 2884 2903 2937 3030 3163 3255 3316 3375 3464 3491 3597 3637 3641 3737 9054 12988 13017 13292 13559 14004 14031 14108 14257 14347 14457 14579 14598 14630 14631 14798 15250 15510 15580 15668 15683 15768 15778 18915 19017 20609 20800 20980 21316 21324 21343 21365 21447 21480 21515 21529 21643 21646 21665 21893 22023 22046 22054 22112 22235 22254 22334 22579 22615 22637 22837 22854 22895 22911 23000 23644 23646 23963 23976 24142 24179 24183 24266 24363 24461 28696 28831 28885 28890 28968 29040 29207 29520 29593 29729 30403 30477 30540 30632 30722 31759 32049 34896 37105 37186 37253 37259 37319 37339 37345 37353 37360 37593 37776 37822 37869 37886 37894 37916 37930 37943 37978 38002 38019 38023 39175 39243 39371 39373 39397 39671 39679 39704 39715 39761 39806 39863 39897 39922 40242 40621 40999 41171 41186 41520 41812 41866 41871 41939 41943 41976 42015 42029 42080 42183 42197 42223 42263 42273 42279 42290 42392 42470 43024 43038 43048 43056 43062 43235 43365 43407 43531 44316 44502 46081 47021 47056 47121 47246 48534</spatial><spectral>2.4696718532768785e-21 2.1346512726771855e-20</spectral><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/other/NewA/9.509?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/other/NewA/9.509/table1</name><description>IRAS associations of Be stars</description><column><name>F12um</name><description>?
