We use an updated sample of 211 GRBs and find, in agreement with previous results (although with a sample that is almost twice as large), that the intrinsic gamma-ray duration (T_int_) and isotropic equivalent energy (E_iso_) distributions between these two populations appear to be significantly different. This implies that the radio-bright GRBs are more energetic and last longer than radio-dark GRBs. The two samples' redshift distributions (z) are not statistically different. We analyse several correlations between variables (E_iso_, T_int_, jet opening angle, and z), accounting for selection effects and redshift evolution using the Efron-Petrosian method. We find a statistically significant anticorrelation between the jet opening angle and redshift, as well as between T_int_ and redshift, for both radio-bright and radio-dark GRBs. Finally, in agreement with previous work, we find that very high energy (0.1-100GeV) extended emission is present only in the radio-bright GRB sample. Our work supports the possibility that the radio-bright and radio-dark GRBs originate from different progenitors.</description><source format="bibcode">2023MNRAS.520.5764C</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/MNRAS/520/5764</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/473/1512">J/MNRAS/473/1512 : AMI 15.7GHz GRB catalogue (Anderson+, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/925/15">J/ApJ/925/15 : Radio afterglow emission of GRBs (Levine+, 2022)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/893/77">J/ApJ/893/77 : A comprehensive statistical study of gamma-ray bursts</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/866/97">J/ApJ/866/97 : Swift X-ray flash &amp; rich gamma-ray bursts in BAT3</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/858/65">J/ApJ/858/65 : A VLA study of high-redshift GRBs.
