We explore these issues based on a sample of 1800 quasars taken from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 7. We employ a new approach of selecting subsamples in the plane of fundamental physical parameters of the black hole mass and Eddington ratio, so as to reduce variables and complexity in analyses. Based on these subsamples, we investigate the relationship between radio loudness R and Eigenvector 1 and find that radio loudness is correlated with [O III] {lambda}5007 emission, but has no clear relationship with optical Fe II emission, which indicates that the radio power is probably not a driver of Eigenvector 1 but merely a secondary process. In addition, we also investigate the impact of radio loudness on the Baldwin Effect of [O III] {lambda}5007. We find that when the radio loudness is not strong (log R &lt; 2), the Baldwin Effect of [O III] {lambda}5007 is clear, while in the samples of extreme radio loudness (log R =&gt; 2), the Baldwin Effect of [O III] {lambda}5007 becomes weaker or even disappears. We suggest that both radio loudness and luminosity influence the relative strength of [O III].</description><source format="bibcode">2022MNRAS.514.1595W</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/MNRAS/514/1595</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/477/830">J/MNRAS/477/830 : Radio flux density of extremely red quasars (Hwang+, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VII/260">VII/260 : The SDSS-DR7 quasar catalog (Schneider+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/498/1278">J/MNRAS/498/1278 : VLA NLS1s southern sample (Chen+, 2020)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/630/A110">J/A+A/630/A110 : SDSS-FIRST quasar sample study (Ganci+, 2019)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/194/45">J/ApJS/194/45 : QSO properties from SDSS-DR7 (Shen+, 2011)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/514/1595</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/514/1595</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/514/1595</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/514/1595</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/514/1595</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/514/1595</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/MNRAS/514/1595/table1 (The spectral measurements and derived fundamental physical parameters with and without refitting for the corrected sources)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/514/1595/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/514/1595/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/514/1595/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>7.352</ra><dec>0.2918611</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/4301 4407 4552 4584 4693 4695 4926 5026 5233 5341 5380 5630 5636 5670 5806 5860 5907 6048 6102 6116 6488-6489 6495 6515 7254 7358 7393 7460 7558 8303 8492 8496 8577 8816 8891 8965 8973 9115 9137 9187 9248 9260 9733 9778 9868 9884 9959 10200 10202 10288 10414 10509 10610 10653 10737 10764 10823 10828 10865 10888 10905 10999 11001 11015 11245 11273 11296 11496 17516 17772 18023 18075 18588 18599 21972 25974 26002 26175 26414 26592 27075 27088 27283 27363 27379 27457 27719 27727 27796 27828 27834 27862 27935 27986 28068 28081 28113 28164 28340 28352 28397 28546 31420 32682 36803</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/MNRAS/514/1595?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/MNRAS/514/1595/table1</name><description>The spectral measurements and derived fundamental physical parameters with and without refitting for the corrected sources</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
