We explore the specific baryonic angular momentum-baryonic mass (j_b_-M_b_) relation, and find that an unbroken power law of the form j_b_{prop.to}M_b_^0.55+/-0.02^ fits the data well, with an intrinsic scatter of ~0.13+/-0.01dex. We revisit the relation between the atomic gas fraction, f_atm_, and the integrated atomic stability parameter q (the f_atm_-q relation), originally introduced by Obreschkow et al. (2016ApJ...824L..26O), and probe this parameter space by populating it with galaxies from different environments, in order to study the influence of the environment on their j_b_, f_atm_, and q values. We find evidence that galaxies with close neighbours show a larger intrinsic scatter about the f_atm_-q relation compared to galaxies without close neighbours. We also find enhanced star formation rate among the deviating galaxies with close neighbours. In addition, we use the bulge-to-total (B/T) ratio as a morphology proxy, and find a general trend of decreasing B/T values with increasing disc stability and HI fraction in the f_atm_-q plane, indicating a fundamental link between mass, specific angular momentum, gas fraction, and morphology of galaxies.</description><source format="bibcode">2020MNRAS.496.2516M</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/MNRAS/496/2516</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/496/2516</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/496/2516</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/496/2516</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/496/2516</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/496/2516</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/496/2516</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/MNRAS/496/2516/tablea1 (The galaxy sample)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/496/2516/tablea1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/496/2516/tablea1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/496/2516/tablea1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>2.4725417</ra><dec>25.9237778</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/975 1114 1886 2013 2215 2320 2351 2372 2380 2400 2866 3085 3516 3519 3573 3860 3910 4511 5061 5174 5183 5200 5241 5329 5482 5534 5545 5581 5591 5595-5596 5610 5628 5639 5710 5715 5818 5967 5982 5995 6013 6034 6063 6411 6448 6519 6619 6773 6948 7110 7132 7303 7398 7485 7655 7815 7882 7915 7957 8167 9277 9855 10490 10662 10674 10704 10723 10767 10881 10901 10908 10910 10912 10927 10935 10976 10990-10991 11140 11327 11372 11389 11392 11460 11582 11724 11750 12122 13162 13374 13391 13472 13510 13948 14033 16120 16194 20254 20342 20353 28077 28087 28123 28463 28496 28529 28538 28666 32729</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/MNRAS/496/2516?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Radio</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/MNRAS/496/2516/tablea1</name><description>The galaxy sample</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
