Our final relations have the form &lt;M_W1_&gt;={gamma}_W1-(2.381+/-0.097)logP_F_+(0.096+/-0.021)[Fe/H] and &lt;M_W2_&gt;={gamma}_W2_-(2.269+/-0.127)logP_F_+(0.108+/-0.021)[Fe/H], where [Fe/H] values are on the scale of Carretta et al. (2009A&amp;A...508..695C). We obtained two appreciably discrepant estimates for the zero-points {gamma}_W1_ and {gamma}_W2_ of both relations: one based on a statistical-parallax analysis - {gamma}_W1_=-0.829+/-0.093 and {gamma}_W2_=-0.776+/-0.093 and another, significantly brighter one, based on Hubble Space Telescope (HST) Fine Guidance Sensor (FGS) trigonometric parallaxes - {gamma}_W1,HST_=-1.150+/-0.077 and {gamma}_W2,HST_=-1.105+/-0.077. The period-metallicity-luminosity relations in the two bands yield highly consistent distance moduli for the calibrator clusters and the distance moduli computed using the W1- and W2-band relations with the HST zero-points agree well with those computed by Sollima, Cacciari &amp; Valenti based on their derived period-metallicity-K-band luminosity relation whose zero-point is tied to the HST trigonometric parallax of RR Lyrae itself ({Delta}DM0 =0.04 and 0.06, respectively, with a scatter of only 0.06).</description><source format="bibcode">2014MNRAS.439.3765D</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/MNRAS/439/3765</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/328">II/328 : AllWISE Data Release (Cutri+ 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/V/97">V/97 : Updated 3rd Cat Variable Stars in Globular Clusters (Clement+ 1997)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/PASP/121/1378">J/PASP/121/1378 : Positions of variable stars in globular clusters</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/439/3765</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/439/3765</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/MNRAS/439/3765</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/439/3765</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/439/3765</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/MNRAS/439/3765</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/MNRAS/439/3765/table1 (The data for RR Lyraes in the calibrator GCs)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/439/3765/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/439/3765/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/MNRAS/439/3765/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>154.4165667</ra><dec>-46.4438917</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/9666 10321 10336-10338 12405 12425 27975 27981 27984 27986 27992 31416-31417 38465-38468 41304 42955 43225 43227 43230 43249 47825 47828 47971</spatial><spectral>3.830199579824256e-20 6.513807192489934e-20</spectral><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/MNRAS/439/3765?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/MNRAS/439/3765/table1</name><description>The data for RR Lyraes in the calibrator GCs</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
