This project used Ly{alpha} forest absorption in the spectra of faint star-forming galaxies and quasars at z~2-3 to trace neutral hydrogen in the intergalactic medium. In particular, we use 320 objects over a footprint of ~0.2deg^2^ to reconstruct the absorption field at 2.05&lt;z&lt;2.55 at ~2h^-1^Mpc resolution. We apply a Wiener filtering technique to the observed data to reconstruct three-dimensional (3D) maps of the field over a volume of 4.1x10^5^h^-3^Mpc^3^. In addition to the filtered flux maps, for the first time we infer the underlying dark matter field through a forward-modeling framework from a joint likelihood of galaxy and Ly{alpha} forest data, finding clear examples of the detailed cosmic web consisting of cosmic voids, sheets, filaments, and nodes. In addition to traditional figures, we present a number of interactive 3D models to allow exploration of the data and qualitative comparisons to known galaxy surveys. We find that our inferred overdensities are consistent with those found from galaxy fields. We will make all our reduced spectra, extracted Ly{alpha} forest pixel data, and reconstructed tomographic maps publicly available upon publication.</description><source format="bibcode">2022ApJS..263...27H</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJS/263/27</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/284">II/284 : COSMOS Multi-Wavelength Photometry Catalog (Capak+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/172/70">J/ApJS/172/70 : zCOSMOS-bright catalog (Lilly+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/675/49">J/ApJ/675/49 : High-redshift QSOs in the SWIRE survey (Siana+, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/690/1236">J/ApJ/690/1236 : COSMOS photometric redshift catalog (Ilbert+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/224/24">J/ApJS/224/24 : The COSMOS2015 catalog (Laigle+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/225/27">J/ApJS/225/27 : 3D-HST Survey: grism spectra master catalog (Momcheva+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/828/21">J/ApJ/828/21 : ZFIRE v1.0 data release (Nanayakkara+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/861/60">J/ApJ/861/60 : z~2.3 cosmic voids in the COSMOS field (Krolewski+, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/237/31">J/ApJS/237/31 : CLAMATO DR1: 3D Ly{alpha} forest tomography (Lee+, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/160/37">J/AJ/160/37 : IGM opacity from Lyman-break galaxies (Monzon+, 2020)</relatedResource><relatedResource>http://zenodo.org/record/7524313 : Data products for CLAMATO DR2</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/263/27</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/263/27</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/263/27</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/263/27</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/263/27</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/263/27</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/ApJS/263/27/table1 (The COSMOS Ly{alpha} Mapping And Tomography Observations (CLAMATO) Data Release 2 redshift catalog)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJS/263/27/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJS/263/27/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJS/263/27/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>150.27888</ra><dec>2.08295</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/27247 27256 27258-27259</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/ApJS/263/27?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJS/263/27/table1</name><description>The COSMOS Ly{alpha} Mapping And Tomography Observations (CLAMATO) Data Release 2 redshift catalog</description><column><name>Seq</name><description>[403/34729] CLAMATO ID number (&lt;[LKW2018] NNNNN&gt;
