We present the coadded, calibrated spectra and atlases with line identifications. During total eclipse, emission from high ionization states (e.g., Fe III and Cr III) shows asymmetric profiles redshifted from the systemic velocity, while emission from lower ionization states (e.g., Fe II and O I) appears more symmetric and is centered closer to the systemic velocity. Absorption from neutral and singly ionized elements is detected during chromospheric eclipse. Late in chromospheric eclipse, absorption from the K star wind is detected at a terminal velocity of ~80km/s. These atlases will be useful for interpreting the far-UV spectra of other {zeta} Aur systems, as the observed FUSE spectra of 32 Cyg, KQ Pup, and VV Cep during chromospheric eclipse resemble that of 31 Cyg.</description><source format="bibcode">2014ApJS..211...27B</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJS/211/27</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VI/129">VI/129 : The FUSE Observation Log (FUSE, 1999-2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VI/110">VI/110 : Final Merged Log of IUE Observations (NASA-ESA, 2000)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VI/69">VI/69 : Atomic Spectral Line List (Hirata+ 1995)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/III/86">III/86 : SKYLAB S-019 Far-UV Objective-Prism Spectrophotometry (Henize+ 1979)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/187/149">J/ApJS/187/149 : StarCAT: STIS UV echelle spectra of stars (Ayres, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/other/JAD/14.3">J/other/JAD/14.3 : Emission lines in 32 Cygni (Eaton, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/679/1490">J/ApJ/679/1490 : Phot. and Velocity of 3 {zeta} Aur binaries (Eaton+, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/171/249">J/ApJS/171/249 : Ultraviolet Spectral Atlas of VV Cephei (Bauer+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/119/83">J/ApJS/119/83 : IUE sample of binaries with hot component (Parsons+, 1998)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/211/27</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/211/27</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/211/27</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/211/27</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/211/27</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/211/27</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>UV</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJS/211/27/table1</name><description>FUSE observations of 31 Cygni</description><column><name>Phase</name><description>Phase (1)</description><ucd>time.phase</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType">float</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
