This is a part of larger effort to present a complete {eta} Car spectrum, and extends the previously presented analyses with the Hubble Space Telescope/Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph (HST/STIS) in the UV (1240-3159{AA}) to 10430{AA}. The spectrum in the mid- and near-UV is characterized by the ejecta absorption. At longer wavelengths, stellar wind features from the central source and narrow-emission lines from the Weigelt condensations dominate the spectrum. However, narrow absorption lines from the circumstellar shells are present. This paper provides a description of the spectrum between 3060 and 10430{AA}, including line identifications of the ejecta absorption spectrum, the emission spectrum from the Weigelt condensations and the P Cygni stellar wind features. The high spectral resolving power of VLT/UVES enables equivalent width measurements of atomic and molecular absorption lines for elements with no transitions at the shorter wavelengths. However, the ground-based seeing and contributions of nebular-scattered radiation prevent direct comparison of measured equivalent widths in the VLT/UVES and HST/STIS spectra. Fortunately, HST/STIS and VLT/UVES have a small overlap in wavelength coverage which allows us to compare and adjust for the difference in scattered radiation entering the instruments' apertures. This paper provides a complete online VLT/UVES spectrum with line identifications and a spectral comparison between HST/STIS and VLT/UVES between 3060 and 3160{AA}.</description><source format="bibcode">2009ApJS..181..473N</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJS/181/473</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/other/NewA/15.108">J/other/NewA/15.108 : UBVRIHalpha of eta Car in 2009 (Fernandez-Lajus+ 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/493/1093">J/A+A/493/1093 : BVRI light curves of eta Car (Fernandez-Lajus+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/168/289">J/ApJS/168/289 : NUV spectrum of eta Car in 2003.5 (Nielsen+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/163/173">J/ApJS/163/173 : UV spectrum of eta Car in 2003.5 (Gull+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/157/138">J/ApJS/157/138 : UV spectrum of eta Car (Nielsen+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/129/2018">J/AJ/129/2018 : RXTE scaled fluxes of eta Car (Corcoran+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/419/215">J/A+A/419/215 : Emission lines of eta Car (Hartman+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/343/847">J/A+A/343/847 : Geneva Photometry of Eta Car (van Genderen+ 1999)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/304/415">J/A+A/304/415 : uvby-Hbeta photometry of Eta Car 1992-94 (van Genderen+, 1995)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/71/983">J/ApJS/71/983 : UV spectrum of eta Car (Viotti+ 1989)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/181/473</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/181/473</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJS/181/473</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/181/473</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/181/473</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJS/181/473</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJS/181/473/table3</name><description>Identificationi of lines in the spectral interval 3060-10430{AA}</description><column><name>Conf</name><description>Configuration</description><ucd>phys.atmol.configuration;instr.setup</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="26*">char</dataType></column><column><name>Ion</name><description>Element</description><ucd>phys.atmol.ionStage</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="9*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
