Using 110 strong lensing models of 74 cluster fields from the Hubble Frontier Fields (HFF), Reionization Lensing Cluster Survey (RELICS), and Sloan Giant Arcs Survey (SGAS), we evaluate the lensing strength of each cluster (area with |{mu}|&gt;=3 for zs=9, normalized to a lens redshift of z=0.5). We assess how large scale mass, projected inner core mass, and the inner slope of the projected mass density profile relate to lensing strength. While we do not identify a strong correlation between lensing strength and large scale mass (Kendall {tau}=0.26 and Spearman r=0.36), we reveal that the inner slope (50kpc&lt;=r&lt;=00kpc) of the projected mass density profile is indicative of lensing strength and can set an upper bound on the possible lensing strength of a cluster (Kendall {tau}=0.53 and Spearman r=0.71). As anticipated, the effective Einstein area strongly correlates with the lensing strength and a large (&gt;~30.0'') radial extent of lensing evidence is a strong indicator of a powerful lens. We attribute the spread in the correlation to the complexity of individual lensing clusters, which is well captured by the lensing strength estimator. These results can help to more efficiently design future observations to use clusters as cosmic telescopes.</description><source format="bibcode">2022ApJ...928...87F</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/928/87</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/884/85">J/ApJ/884/85 : RELICS: Reionization Lensing Cluster Survey (Coe+, 2019)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/247/12">J/ApJS/247/12 : Strong lens models for 37 clusters from SGAS (Sharon+, 2020)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/928/87</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/928/87</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/928/87</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/928/87</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/928/87</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/928/87</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/ApJ/928/87/table1 (All clusters included in this paper, separated by strong lensing programs (HFF, RELICS, and SGAS))</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/928/87/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/928/87/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/928/87/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>3.58626</ra><dec>-30.40017</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/97 821 2121 2488 4406 4507 4512 5067 5099 5650 5770 5927 6045 6383 6827 7501 8374 8571 9024 9423 9490 9762 10252 10551 10662 11005 11080 11465 16486 16702 16787 17222 17405 17472 17499 17511 17741 18307 18534 18746 19009 19104 19848 19858 20536 20735 22330 22661 23072 24735 25822 26756 27045 27356 27798 28211 28245 28447-28448 28556 28618 30946 31533 33692 34726 34793 35043 35147 36082 37395 39043 46474 47919</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/ApJ/928/87?format=ascii</footprint></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/928/87/table1</name><description>All clusters included in this paper, separated by strong lensing programs (HFF, RELICS, and SGAS)</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
