The spectrum covers the 0.9-1.7{mu}m wavelength range at a resolving power of {lambda}/{Delta}{lambda}~180 and is a significant improvement over the previously published spectrum because it covers a broader wavelength range and is uncontaminated by light from a background star. The spectrum is unique for a cool brown dwarf in that the flux peaks in the Y, J, and H bands are of near equal intensity in units of f{lambda}. We fail to detect any absorption bands of NH3 in the spectrum, in contrast to the predictions of chemical equilibrium models, but tentatively identify CH4 as the carrier of an unknown absorption feature centered at 1.015{mu}m. Using previously published ground- and spaced-based photometry, and using a Rayleigh-Jeans tail to account for flux emerging longward of 4.5{mu}m, we compute a bolometric luminosity of log(L_bol_/L{sun}^N^)=-6.50{+/-}0.02, which is significantly lower than previously published results. Finally, we compare the spectrum and photometry to two sets of atmospheric models and find that the best overall match to the observed properties of WISE1828+2650 is a ~1Gyr old binary composed of two Teff~325K, ~5MJup brown dwarfs with subsolar [C/O] ratios.</description><source format="bibcode">2021ApJ...920...20C</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/920/20</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/319">II/319 : UKIDSS-DR9 LAS, GCS and DXS Surveys (Lawrence+ 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/314">II/314 : UKIDSS-DR8 LAS, GCS and DXS Surveys (Lawrence+ 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/365">II/365 : The CatWISE2020 catalog (updated version 28-Jan-2021) (Marocco+, 2021)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VI/133">VI/133 : A variationally computed hot NH3 line list - BYTe (Yurchenko+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/637/1067">J/ApJ/637/1067 : Near-IR spectral classification of T dwarfs (Burgasser+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/197/19">J/ApJS/197/19 : First brown dwarfs discovered by WISE (Kirkpatrick+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/753/156">J/ApJ/753/156 : T/Y brown dwarfs with WISE photometry (Kirkpatrick+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/440/1649">J/MNRAS/440/1649 : ExoMol line lists for CH4 (Yurchenko+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/810/158">J/ApJ/810/158 : M,L,T dwarfs fundamental parameters &amp; SEDs (Filippazzo+, 2015)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/842/118">J/ApJ/842/118 : Brown dwarfs with spectral type later than T6 (Leggett+, 2017)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/240/19">J/ApJS/240/19 : Parallaxes of late-T and Y dwarfs (Kirkpatrick+, 2019)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/889/74">J/ApJ/889/74 : Spitzer follow-up of Y brown dwarfs (Meisner+, 2020)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/160/63">J/AJ/160/63 : IR spectra of 5 brown dwarfs Gemini North IRS (Miles+, 2020)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/920/20</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/920/20</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/920/20</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/920/20</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/920/20</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/920/20</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/920/20/fig1</name><description>New G102+G141 HST/WFC3 spectrum of WISE 1828+2650</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
