The planet, Kepler-1649c, is 1.06_-0.10_^+0.15^ times the size of Earth and transits its 0.1977+/-0.0051M_{sun}_ "mid" M-dwarf host star every 19.5d. It receives 74%+/-3% the incident flux of Earth, giving it an equilibrium temperature of 234+/-20K and placing it firmly inside the circumstellar habitable zone. Kepler-1649 also hosts a previously known inner planet that orbits every 8.7d and is roughly equivalent to Venus in size and incident flux. Kepler-1649c was originally classified as a false positive (FP) by the Kepler pipeline, but was rescued as part of a systematic visual inspection of all automatically dispositioned Kepler FPs. This discovery highlights the value of human inspection of planet candidates even as automated techniques improve, and hints that terrestrial planets around mid to late M-dwarfs may be more common than those around more massive stars.</description><source format="bibcode">2020ApJ...893L..27V</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/893/L27</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/B/vsx">B/vsx : AAVSO International Variable Star Index VSX (Watson+, 2006-2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/345">I/345 : Gaia DR2 (Gaia Collaboration, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/529/A75">J/A+A/529/A75 : Limb-darkening coefficients (Claret+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/PASP/124/1279">J/PASP/124/1279 : Q3 Kepler's combined photometry (Christiansen+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/767/95">J/ApJ/767/95 : Improved parameters of smallest KIC stars (Dressing+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/210/19">J/ApJS/210/19 : Kepler planetary candidates.
