To increase the size of our sample for statistical significance, we also use the photometric position angles (PA_phot_) for galaxies that have not been observed by SAMI, if their ellipticities are higher than 0.15. Our luminous early-type galaxies tend to prefer the specific position angles in both clusters, confirming the results of Kim+ (2018ApJ...860L...3K), who recently found the kinematic alignment of early-type galaxies in the Virgo cluster based on the ATLAS3D integral-field spectroscopic data. This alignment signal is more prominent for galaxies in the projected phase-space regions dominated by infalling populations. Furthermore, the alignment angles are closely related to the directions of the filamentary structures around clusters. The results lead us to conclude that many cluster early-type galaxies are likely to be accreted along filaments while maintaining their spin axes, which are predetermined before cluster infall.</description><source format="bibcode">2019ApJ...875...60J</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/875/60</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/V/147">V/147 : The SDSS Photometric Catalogue, Release 12 (Alam+, 2015)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/357">II/357 : The Dark Energy Survey (DES): Data Release 1 (Abbott+, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/105/788">J/AJ/105/788 : Study of Abell 119 (Fabricant+ 1993)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/430/19">J/A+A/430/19 : VRI photometry of Abell 3921 galaxies (Ferrari+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/413/971">J/MNRAS/413/971 : Galaxy And Mass Assembly (GAMA) DR1 (Driver+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/199/26">J/ApJS/199/26 : The 2MASS Redshift Survey (2MRS) (Huchra+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/other/RAA/12.1381">J/other/RAA/12.1381 : BATC photometry on A119 (Tian+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/445/4073">J/MNRAS/445/4073 : Two catalogues of superclusters (Chow-Martinez+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/454/2050">J/MNRAS/454/2050 : SAMI Pilot Survey (Fogarty+, 2015)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/446/1567">J/MNRAS/446/1567 : SAMI Galaxy Survey: EDR (Allen+, 2015)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/454/2050">J/MNRAS/454/2050 : SAMI Pilot Survey (Fogarty+, 2015)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/456/1299">J/MNRAS/456/1299 : SAMI Galaxy Survey: gas streaming (Cecil+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/465/123">J/MNRAS/465/123 : SAMI Galaxy Survey asymmetries (Bloom+, 2017)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/468/3965">J/MNRAS/468/3965 : SAMI Galaxy Survey.
