One of the largest systematic uncertainties in the measured orbits has been errors in the astrometric reference frame, which is derived from seven infrared-bright stars associated with SiO masers that have extremely accurate radio positions, measured in the Sgr A*-rest frame. We have improved the astrometric reference frame within 14" of the Galactic Center by a factor of 2.5 in position and a factor of 5 in proper motion. In the new reference frame, Sgr A* is localized to within a position of 0.645mas and proper motion of 0.03mas/yr. We have removed a substantial rotation (2.25{deg} per decade), that was present in the previous less-accurate reference frame used to measure stellar orbits in the field. With our improved methods and continued monitoring of the masers, we predict that orbital precession predicted by general relativity will become detectable in the next ~5yr.</description><source format="bibcode">2019ApJ...873...65S</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/873/65</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/470/191">J/A+A/470/191 : Mid-IR and radio interferometry of S Ori (Wittkowski+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/511/A18">J/A+A/511/A18 : NIR observations of stars near SgrA* (Schoedel+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/725/331">J/ApJ/725/331 : Astrometry in the Galactic Center (Yelda+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/557/A82">J/A+A/557/A82 : NIR polarimetry of Galactic center sources (Buchholz+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/783/131">J/ApJ/783/131 : Kinematic of stars in Galactic center (Yelda+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/830/17">J/ApJ/830/17 : GC secondary IR astrometric standards (Boehle+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/863/15">J/ApJ/863/15 : Spitzer, VLT and Keck NIR light curves of SgrA* (Witzel+, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/618/L10">J/A+A/618/L10 : SgrA* orbital motions with GRAVITY (GRAVITY Col., 2018)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/873/65</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/873/65</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/873/65</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/873/65</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/873/65</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/873/65</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/ApJ/873/65/table2 (Galactic Center secondary IR astrometric standard and point-spread function (PSF) stars)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/873/65/table2?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/873/65/table2?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/873/65/table2?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>266.4168211</ra><dec>-29.0079236</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/28830</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/ApJ/873/65?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/873/65/table2</name><description>Galactic Center secondary IR astrometric standard and point-spread function (PSF) stars</description><column><name>SimbadName</name><description>Simbad column added by the CDS</description><ucd>meta.id</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="15*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
