From the former, m-M=14.93; and from the latter, m-M=14.94+/-0.01. Two variables not belonging to the cluster are indicated, as well as two other stars with range in variation of 0.25mag, which are marked as probable variables. From star counts, the ratio of the minor to the major axis is found to be 0.85, with a position angle of the major axis of 28{deg}. Sensitometer tracings give 14' for the diameter of the cluster.</description><source format="bibcode">1938ApJ....87..361N</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/87/361</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/V/97">V/97 : Updated 3rd Cat Variable Stars in Globular Clusters (Clement+ 1997)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/369/862">J/A+A/369/862 : VI light curves of the variable stars in M92 (Kopacki, 2001)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/458/767">J/A+A/458/767 : Vilnius photometry on M92 (Smriglio+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/129/2714">J/AJ/129/2714 : JHK photometry of M92 variable stars (Del Principe+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/133/1041">J/AJ/133/1041 : Velocities and CMT photometry in globular M92 (Drukier+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/142/22">J/AJ/142/22 : Heavy-element dispersion in M92 (Roederer+, 2011)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/87/361</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/87/361</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/87/361</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/87/361</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/87/361</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/87/361</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/ApJ/87/361/stars (Variable stars observed in M92)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/87/361/stars?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/87/361/stars?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/87/361/stars?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>259.3</ra><dec>43.2070278</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/9666</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/ApJ/87/361?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/87/361/stars</name><description>Variable stars observed in M92</description><column><name>LC</name><description>Plot of the light curve</description><ucd>meta.ref.url</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
