Thanks to the over 15yr long baseline and the exquisite astrometric precision of the HST cameras, well-measured stars in our proper-motion catalog have errors as low as ~10{mu}as/yr, and the catalog itself extends to near the hydrogen-burning limit of the cluster. We show that second-generation (2G) stars are significantly more radially anisotropic than first-generation (1G) stars. The latter are instead consistent with an isotropic velocity distribution. In addition, 1G stars have excess systemic rotation in the plane of the sky with respect to 2G stars. We show that the six populations below the main-sequence (MS) knee identified in our first paper are associated with the five main population groups recently isolated on the upper MS in the core of cluster. Furthermore, we find both 1G and 2G stars in the field to be far from being in energy equipartition, with {eta}_1G_=-0.007+/-0.026 for the former and {eta}_2G_=0.074+/-0.029 for the latter, where {eta} is defined so that the velocity dispersion {sigma}_{mu}_ scales with stellar mass as {sigma}_{mu}_{propto}m^-{eta}^. The kinematical differences reported here can help constrain the formation mechanisms for the multiple stellar populations in {omega} Centauri and other globular clusters.</description><source format="bibcode">2018ApJ...853...86B</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/853/86</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/B/hst">B/hst : HST Archived Exposures Catalog (STScI, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VII/202">VII/202 : Globular Clusters in the Milky Way (Harris, 1997)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/345">I/345 : Gaia DR2 (Gaia Collaboration, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/360/472">J/A+A/360/472 : Proper motions in omega Centauri (van Leeuwen+, 2000)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/654/915">J/ApJ/654/915 : Deep FORS1 BR photometry of omega Cen (Sollima+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/681/1505">J/ApJ/681/1505 : Abundances of red giants in {omega} Cen (Johnson+, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/493/959">J/A+A/493/959 : UBV(RI)cHalpha photometry in omega Cen (Bellini+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/698/2048">J/ApJ/698/2048 : Abundances of red giants in {omega} Cen (Johnson+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/710/1032">J/ApJ/710/1032 : Proper motions in {omega} Cen (Anderson+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/140/631">J/AJ/140/631 : HST WFC3/UVIS photometry of omega Cen core (Bellini+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/731/64">J/ApJ/731/64 : Spectroscopy of 300 RGBs in {omega} Cen (Marino+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/797/115">J/ApJ/797/115 : HSTPROMO I.
