Our results provide confirmation with improved statistical significance that SNe Ia, after standardization, are on average more luminous in massive hosts (significance &gt;5{sigma}), and decline more rapidly in massive hosts (significance &gt;9{sigma}) and in hosts with low specific star formation rates (significance &gt;8{sigma}). We study the variation of these relationships with redshift and detect no evolution. We split SNe Ia into pairs of subsets that are based on the properties of the hosts and fit cosmological models to each subset. Including both systematic and statistical uncertainties, we do not find any significant shift in the best-fit cosmological parameters between the subsets. Among different SN Ia subsets, we find that SNe Ia in hosts with high specific star formation rates have the least intrinsic scatter ({sigma}_int_=0.08+/-0.01) in luminosity after standardization.</description><source format="bibcode">2017ApJ...848...56U</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/848/56</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/B/sn">B/sn : Asiago Supernova Catalogue (Barbon et al., 1999-)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/457/3470">J/MNRAS/457/3470 : SN Ia host-galaxy/cosmological parameters (Campbell+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/821/115">J/ApJ/821/115 : SDSS-II SN Survey: host-galaxy spectral data (Wolf+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/448/732">J/MNRAS/448/732 : SN Ia environment within host galaxies (Anderson+, 2015)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/568/A22">J/A+A/568/A22 : Joint analysis of the SDSS-II and SNLS SNe Ia (Betoule+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/438/1391">J/MNRAS/438/1391 : Host galaxies of Type Ia SN from PTF (Pan+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/763/88">J/ApJ/763/88 : SDSS-II supernovae Ia cosmological analysis (Campbell+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/200/12">J/ApJS/200/12 : CfA4: light curves for 94 type Ia SNe (Hicken+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/544/A81">J/A+A/544/A81 : Supernovae and their hosts in the SDSS DR8 (Hakobyan+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/538/A120">J/A+A/538/A120 : A unified supernova catalogue (Lennarz+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/142/156">J/AJ/142/156 : The CSP (DR2): photometry of SNe Ia (Stritzinger+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/740/92">J/ApJ/740/92 : SN.Ia host galaxies properties (Gupta+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/738/162">J/ApJ/738/162 : SN Ia candidates from the SDSS-II SN Survey (Sako+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/410/1262">J/MNRAS/410/1262 : Supernova Legacy Survey.
