Radio observations obtained in 2011 and 2014 have been used to derive proper motions of eight young stars near Sgr A*. The accuracy of proper motion estimates based on NIR observations by Lu et al. (2009ApJ...690.1463L) and Paumard et al. (2006, J/ApJ/643/1011) have been investigated by using their proper motions to predict the 2014 epoch positions of NIR stars and comparing the predicted positions with those of radio counterparts in the 2014 radio observations. Predicted positions from Lu et al. show an rms scatter of 6mas relative to the radio positions, while those from Paumard et al. show rms residuals of 20mas. We also determine the mass-loss rates of 11 radio stars, finding rates that are on average ~2 times smaller than those determined from model atmosphere calculations and NIR data. Clumpiness of ionized winds would reduce the mass loss rate of WR and O stars by additional factors of 3 and 10, respectively. One important implication of this is a reduction in the expected mass accretion rate onto Sgr A* from stellar winds by nearly an order of magnitude to a value of a few x10^-7^m_{sun}_/yr. Finally, we present the positions of 318 compact radio sources within 30" of Sgr A*, 45 of which have stellar counterparts in the NIR K_s_ (2.18{mu}m) and L' (3.8{mu}m) bands.</description><source format="bibcode">2015ApJ...809...10Y</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/809/10</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/566/A47">J/A+A/566/A47 : MW nuclear star cluster extinction map (Schoedel+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/725/331">J/ApJ/725/331 : Astrometry in the Galactic Center (Yelda+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/511/A18">J/A+A/511/A18 : NIR observations of stars near SgrA* (Schoedel+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/707/L114">J/ApJ/707/L114 : The orbit of S2 star around Sgr A* (Gillessen+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/659/1241">J/ApJ/659/1241 : Stellar variability in Galactic Center (Rafelski+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/643/1011">J/ApJ/643/1011 : Early-type stars in the center of the Galaxy (Paumard+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/433/117">J/A+A/433/117 : L- + M-band imaging of the Galactic Center (Viehmann+, 2005)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/809/10</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/809/10</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/809/10</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/809/10</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/809/10</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/809/10</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/ApJ/809/10/table6 (Gaussian fitted parameters of 34.5GHz continuum sources within 30" of Sgr A*)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/809/10/table6?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/809/10/table6?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/809/10/table6?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>266.416826389</ra><dec>-29.007796944</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/28830</spatial><spectral>2.2859940017562635e-23 9.843582962419539e-20</spectral><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/ApJ/809/10?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Radio</waveband><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/809/10/table6</name><description>Gaussian fitted parameters of 34.5GHz continuum sources within 30" of Sgr A*</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
