We present light curves of the lensed quasar HE 0435-1223 in the R band and in the ultraviolet (UV), and consider them together with X-ray light curves in two energy bands that are presented in a companion paper. Using a Bayesian Monte Carlo method, we constrain the size of the accretion disk in the rest-frame near- and far-UV, and constrain for the first time the size of the X-ray emission regions in two X-ray energy bands. The R-band scale size of the accretion disk is about 10^15.23^ cm (~23r_g_), slightly smaller than previous estimates, but larger than would be predicted from the quasar flux. In the UV, the source size is weakly constrained, with a strong prior dependence. The UV to R-band size ratio is consistent with the thin disk model prediction, with large error bars. In soft and hard X-rays, the source size is smaller than ~10^14.8^ cm (~10r_g_) at 95% confidence. We do not find evidence of structure in the X-ray emission region, as the most likely value for the ratio of the hard X-ray size to the soft X-ray size is unity. Finally, we find that the most likely value for the mean mass of stars in the lens galaxy is ~0.3 M_{sun}_, consistent with other studies.</description><source format="bibcode">2014ApJ...789..125B</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/789/125</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/455/L1">J/A+A/455/L1 : Variability of 5 gravitationally lensed QSOs (Paraficz+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/135/1384">J/AJ/135/1384 : R-band variability in 5 blazars (Gupta+, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/499/395">J/A+A/499/395 : R magnitudes of 5 double QSOs (Paraficz+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/536/A53">J/A+A/536/A53 : R-band light curves of HE 0435-1223 (Courbin+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/544/A51">J/A+A/544/A51 : R-band photometry of the lensed quasar UM673</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/756/52">J/ApJ/756/52 : R-band light curve of QSO J0158-4325 images (Morgan+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/553/A121">J/A+A/553/A121 : 2 lensed quasars light curves (Eulaers+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/556/A22">J/A+A/556/A22 : R-band light curves of RX J1131-1231 (Tewes+, 2013)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/789/125</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/789/125</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/789/125</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/789/125</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/789/125</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/789/125</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/789/125/table1</name><description>R-band Light Curves</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
