Dainotti's analysis of GRB Swift afterglow light curves with known redshifts and a definite X-ray plateau shows an anti-correlation between the rest-frame time when the plateau ends (the plateau end time) and the calculated luminosity at that time (or approximately an anti-correlation between plateau duration and luminosity) (Dainotti+ 2008MNRAS.391L..79D, 2010ApJ...722L.215D). Here, we present an update of this correlation with a larger data sample of 101 GRBs with good light curves. Since some of this correlation could result from the redshift dependences of these intrinsic parameters, namely, their cosmological evolution, we use the Efron-Petrosian method to reveal the intrinsic nature of this correlation. We find that a substantial part of the correlation is intrinsic and describe how we recover it and how this can be used to constrain physical models of the plateau emission, the origin of which is still unknown. The present result could help to clarify the debated nature of the plateau emission.</description><source format="bibcode">2013ApJ...774..157D</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/774/157</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/209/20">J/ApJS/209/20 : Swift GRB catalog with X-ray data (Grupe+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/428/729">J/MNRAS/428/729 : GRB Swift X-ray light curves analysis (Margutti+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/other/Sci/338.1445">J/other/Sci/338.1445 : Relativistic jets from BH systems (Nemmen+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/547/A57">J/A+A/547/A57 : Swift X-ray Telescope Cluster Survey (Tundo+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/528/A122">J/A+A/528/A122 : SwiftFT catalog (Puccetti+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/418/2202">J/MNRAS/418/2202 : Analysis of {gamma}-ray bursts (Dainotti+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/195/2">J/ApJS/195/2 : The second Swift BAT GRB catalog (BAT2) (Sakamoto+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/711/495">J/ApJ/711/495 : Durations of Swift/BAT GRBs (Butler+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/397/1177">J/MNRAS/397/1177 : Swift-XRT observations of GRBs (Evans+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/609/935">J/ApJ/609/935 : Gamma-ray burst formation rate (Yonetoku+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource>http://www.mpe.mpg.de/~jcg/grbgen.html : List of GRBs with coordinates;
