Here, we present new calculations of the energies and oscillator strengths of inner-shell lines from FeXIV, FeXV, and FeXVI. These are crucial ions since they are dominant at inflection points in the gas thermal stability curve, and UTA excitation followed by autoionization is an important ionization mechanism for these species. We incorporate these, and data reported in previous papers, into the plasma simulation code Cloudy. This updated physics is subsequently employed to reconsider the thermally stable phases in absorbing media in AGNs. We show how the absorption profile of the Fe XIV UTA depends on density, due to the changing populations of levels within the ground configuration.</description><source format="bibcode">2013ApJ...767..123F</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/767/123</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/207/11">J/ApJS/207/11 : Fe XVI radiative rates (Diaz+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/543/A144">J/A+A/543/A144 : Fe XIII soft X-ray lines (Del Zanna+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/190/322">J/ApJS/190/322 : R-matrix electron-impact excitation of Fe^13+^ (Liang+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/511/A78">J/A+A/511/A78 : Fe XIII electron impact excitation (Storey+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/463/399">J/A+A/463/399 : Fe XVI radiative rates (Aggarwal+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/450/1249">J/A+A/450/1249 : Fe XVI radiative and excitation rates (Aggarwal+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/429/1117">J/A+A/429/1117 : Fe XIII effective collision strengths (Aggarwal+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/418/371">J/A+A/418/371 : Electron impact excitation of Fe XIII (Aggarwal+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/414/377">J/A+A/414/377 : FeX-FeXVII fine-structure K-vacancy levels (Mendoza+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/410/349">J/A+A/410/349 : Effective collision strengths in Fe XV (Aggarwal+, 2003)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+AS/137/165">J/A+AS/137/165 : IRON Project XXXVIII.
