We update the system parameters and revise the planetary radius to R_p_=1.084+/-0.029R_J_, where the error is dominated by stellar radius uncertainties. The new transit midtimes reveal no transit timing variations from a constant ephemeris of greater than 13+/-28s over two years, placing an upper limit of 1-2M_{earth}_ on the mass of any perturber in a 1:2 or 2:1 mean-motion resonance with OGLE-TR-113b. Combining the new transit epochs with five epochs published between 2002 and 2006, we find hints that the orbital period of the planet may not be constant, with the best fit indicating a decrease of dP/dt=-60+/-15ms/yr. If real, this change in period could result from either a long-period (more than eight years) timing variation due to a massive external perturber or more intriguingly from the orbital decay of the planet. The detection of a changing period is still tentative and requires additional observations, but if confirmed it would enable direct tests of tidal stability and dynamical models of close-in planets.</description><source format="bibcode">2010ApJ...721.1829A</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/721/1829</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/278">II/278 : Transits observed in OGLE 2001-2003 (Udalski+, 2002-2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/422/2024">J/MNRAS/422/2024 : Exoplanet evaporation (Jackson+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/414/108">J/MNRAS/414/108 : Calibrator of exoplanet-host stars (Beust+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/411/L46">J/MNRAS/411/L46 : Exoplanet magnetic fields (Vidotto+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/509/A4">J/A+A/509/A4 : Transits of 12 exoplanet candidates (Pietrukowicz+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/692/L9">J/ApJ/692/L9 : Tidal evolution of transiting extrasolar planets (Levrard+,</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/666/475">J/ApJ/666/475 : Extrasolar planet taxonomy (Marchi+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/475/359">J/A+A/475/359 : Predicting radio fluxes of extrasolar planets (Griessmeier+,</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/649/1010">J/ApJ/649/1010 : Habitability of known exoplanetary systems (Jones+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/458/997">J/A+A/458/997 : Abundances for transiting planet host stars (Santos+, 2006)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/721/1829</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/721/1829</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/721/1829</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/721/1829</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/721/1829</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/721/1829</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/721/1829/table1</name><description>New transit flux values</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
