Because of the implied frequency of events similar to SN 2008S and NGC 300 and the interesting character of their progenitors, we searched for analogous sources in archival Spitzer imaging of nearby galaxies. Our goal was to identify the underlying subpopulation of massive stars from which these progenitors emerge, to characterize their properties and frequency, and to catalog them for future study. The Triangulum galaxy M33 is a perfect test case. It has an absolute B-band magnitude of M_B_~-19.2, a distance of ~0.96Mpc, and it has extensive optical, H{alpha}, MIR and FIR imaging.</description><source format="bibcode">2009ApJ...705.1364T</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/705/1364</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/534/A96">J/A+A/534/A96 : Spitzer photometry of YSC in M33 (Sharma+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/187/495">J/ApJS/187/495 : SNRs in M33 from optical and X-ray (Long+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/174/366">J/ApJS/174/366 : Chandra ACIS survey of M33 (ChaSeM33) (Plucinsky+, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/687/1201">J/ApJ/687/1201 : SN and LGRB locations in their host galaxies (Kelly+, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/664/850">J/ApJ/664/850 : Spitzer observations of stars in M33 (McQuinn+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/476/1161">J/A+A/476/1161 : Spitzer photometry of M33 (Verley+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/120/247">J/ApJS/120/247 : Supernova remnants in M33 (Gordon+, 1999)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/705/1364</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/705/1364</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/705/1364</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/705/1364</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/705/1364</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/705/1364</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/ApJ/705/1364/table1 (MIR catalog for 53194 point sources in M33)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/705/1364/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/705/1364/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/705/1364/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>23.03815</ra><dec>30.82294</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/2154 2155 2240 2241</spatial><spectral>3.9193497546148093e-20 6.185923063528282e-20</spectral><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/ApJ/705/1364?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/705/1364/table1</name><description>MIR catalog for 53194 point sources in M33</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
