Byrd Green Bank Telescope and the 40m Owens Valley Radio Observatory telescope have been used to conduct a 31GHz survey of 3165 known extragalactic radio sources over 143deg^2^ of the sky. Target sources were selected from the NRAO VLA Sky Survey in fields observed by the Cosmic Background Imager (CBI); most are extragalactic active galactic nuclei (AGNs) with 1.4GHz flux densities of 3-10mJy. The resulting 31GHz catalogs are presented in full online. Using a maximum-likelihood analysis to obtain an unbiased estimate of the distribution of the 1.4-31GHz spectral indices of these sources, we find a mean 31-1.4GHz flux ratio of 0.110+/-0.003 corresponding to a spectral index of {alpha}=-0.71+/-0.01 (S_{nu}_{prop.to}{nu}^{alpha}^); 9.0%+/-0.8% of sources have {alpha}&gt;-0.5 and 1.2%+/-0.2% have {alpha}&gt;0. By combining this spectral-index distribution with 1.4GHz source counts, we predict 31GHz source counts in the range 1mJy&lt;S_31_&lt;4mJy, N(&gt;S_31_)=(16.7+/-1.7)deg^-2^(S_31_/1mJy)^-0.80+/-0.07^.</description><source format="bibcode">2009ApJ...704.1433M</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/704/1433</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VIII/85">VIII/85 : SPECFIND V2.0 Catalog of radio continuum spectra (Vollmer+ 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VIII/65">VIII/65 : 1.4GHz NRAO VLA Sky Survey (NVSS) (Condon+ 1998)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/501/801">J/A+A/501/801 : CBI sample at 4.85GHz and 10.45GHz (Angelakis+, 2009)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/704/1433</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/704/1433</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/704/1433</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/704/1433</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/704/1433</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/704/1433</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/ApJ/704/1433/results (31GHz survey results from OVRO or from GBT)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/704/1433/results?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/704/1433/results?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/704/1433/results?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>39.5100833</ra><dec>-4.7238889</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>4/3070 5/4433 4436 4437 4438 5457 5459 5460 6481 6484 6485 6486 7505 9209 9210 9211 9214 10233 10234 10235 10236 10238 11257 11258 11259 11262 12271 12286 6/0 8 17728 17729 17731 17740 17741 17756 17757 17758 17776 17777 21824 21825 21827 21833 21844 21848 21849 21850 25920 25921 25923 25932 25933 30016 30017 30019 30028 30029 30032 30033 36799 36814 36815 36826 36833 36835 36848 36850 36851 36860 36862 36863 40895 40910 40911 40922 40931 40950 40956 40958 44989 44991 45007 45018 45025 45027 45040 45042 45043 45052 45054 49075 49078 49079 49096 49098 49099 49102 49103 49114 49136 49138 49139 49148 49150</spatial><spectral>9.276497240453405e-25 2.054081566795483e-23</spectral><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/ApJ/704/1433?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Radio</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/704/1433/results</name><description>31GHz survey results from OVRO or from GBT</description><column><name>S31</name><description>The 31GHz flux density</description><unit>mJy</unit><ucd>phot.flux.density;em.mm.30-50GHz</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType">float</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
