With IRAC images of 29.7deg^2^ of Taurus at 3.6, 4.5, 5.8, and 8.0um, we have identified sources with red mid-infrared colors indicative of disk-bearing objects and have obtained optical and infrared spectra of 23 of these candidate members. Through this work, we have discovered 13 new members of Taurus, two of which have spectral types later than M6 and thus are likely to be brown dwarfs, according to the theoretical evolutionary models of Chabrier &amp; Baraffe (2000ApJ...542..464C). This survey indicates that the previous census of Taurus has a completeness of 80% for members with disks. The new members that we have found do not significantly modify the previously measured distributions of Taurus members as a function of position, mass, and extinction. For instance, we find no evidence for a population of highly reddened brown dwarfs ({LAMBDA}_K_~2) that has been missed by previous optical and near-infrared surveys, which suggests that brown dwarf disks are not significantly more flared than disks around stars. In addition to the new members, we also present IRAC photometry for the 149 previously known members that appear within this survey, which includes 27 objects later than M6.</description><source format="bibcode">2006ApJ...647.1180L</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/647/1180</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/246">II/246 : 2MASS All-Sky Catalog of Point Sources (Cutri+ 2003)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/647/1180</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/647/1180</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/647/1180</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/647/1180</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/647/1180</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/647/1180</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/ApJ/647/1180/table4 (Previously Known Members of Taurus in Spitzer Survey)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/647/1180/table4?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/647/1180/table4?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/647/1180/table4?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>64.3905</ra><dec>28.3463333</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>5/270 6/1031 1036 1037 1039 1047 1048 1050 1051 1052 1053 1054 1061 1073 1074 1075 1078 1079 1084 1168 1169 1170</spatial><spectral>8.650015785639275e-20 9.710690472292815e-20</spectral><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/ApJ/647/1180?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/647/1180/table4</name><description>Previously Known Members of Taurus in Spitzer Survey</description><column><name>Name</name><description>Name</description><ucd>meta.id</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="24*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
