The IPC detected 54 out of the 88 K stars, 70 out of the 138 M stars with M_v_ less than 13.4 (corresponding approximatively to M5), and 15 out of the 31 fainter M stars. We have identified a subsample of surveyed stars that is statistically representative of the population of K and M stars in the solar neighborhood.</description><source format="bibcode">1993ApJ...414..846B</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/ApJ/414/846</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/414/846</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/414/846</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/ApJ/414/846</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/414/846</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/414/846</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/ApJ/414/846</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/ApJ/414/846/table1 (Surveyed K and M stars)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/414/846/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/414/846/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/ApJ/414/846/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>1.64841</ra><dec>29.02329</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><facility>Einstein</facility><coverage><spatial>6/105 131 137 342 472 496 546 1077 1505 1642 1938 2340 2737 3015 3020 3263 4240 4339 4444 4648 5009 5027 5534 5590 5767 5853 6066 6340 6726 7205 7262 8023 8219 8267 8440 8483 8788 8790 8843 8915 9092 9128 9347 9354 9399 9710 9811 10089 10090 10156 10238 10313 10381 10388 10431 10771 11403 11547 11633 11636 12001 12454 12621 13203 13282 13288 13301 13427 13688 14266 14410 14772 15052 15170 15243 15311 15449 15861 16056 16069 16186 16941 17058 17731 17754 17821 17891 18003 18139 18198 18450 18553 18588 18666 18802 19466 19848 19912 20054 20071 20100 20328 20372 20896 21171 21646 22040 22148 22289 22309 22709 22818 22904 22964 23137 23323 23540 23719 23735 23960 24036 24117 24777 25792 25793 25849 25989 26288 26327 26555 26563 26614 26972 27314 27374 27419 27459 27462 27574 27671 27730 27731 27875 28494 28646 28955 29170 29855 30240 30325 30419 30508 30626 30771 30774 30833 31019 31087 31501 31662 31751 31781 31849 32089 32500 32645 33091 33804 34181 34514 34896 35079 35150 36248 36526 36664 36697 37779 37902 38219 38421 39256 40623 40795 40811 41591 41763 42285 44921 45564 46442 46566 46632 46776 46925 46997 47589 48274 48652 48964 49125</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/ApJ/414/846?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>X-ray</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/ApJ/414/846/table1</name><description>Surveyed K and M stars</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
